can't update MD802

    I received my MD802 in the mail the other day and went to update system and it is saying can't communicate with the server. I have sent emails to support without an answer back? Please let me know what I need to do to get this fixed?

     Hi, please check and make sure that our server (IP: 104.171.4.62, Port: 8800) is not blocked by router or internet provider. Thanks!

     I don't have anything blocked on my router side. I have tried this a few times without any luck. Very frustrated, although I may not need any of the update If there is something needed in future, I want to be sure I can get it.

     Hi, it's most possibly that the firewall settings have blocked our server IP. Please try if you can download update in some other place with another network. Good luck!
